I have a bunch of old sweaters that doesn’t fit me anymore so I decided to repurpose them.
All you need are old sweaters and scissors.
Just cut both sleeves to make it boot socks.
Then cut the body part of the sweater from under the (L) underarms to (R) and you have your infinity scarf.
Note: It will NOT work on knitted or wool sweaters. Wool is itchy and usually dry clean only because it shrinks.
This is the type of material my old sweater has.
Goid luck and feel free to share if you like this post. Thanks!
Great idea and easy too! 🙂

It worked! I now have a pair of boot socks and an infinity scarf to see me through the rest of winter. Next season, I can see making a bunch of these from my old sweaters. Thanks!
